At present, the group has approximately 2,000 acres of landbanks spanning from Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur up to Negeri Sembilan, with a total combined gross development value of more than RM10 billion. Most of the projects are at the advance planning & pre-development stage and will be launched by end of 2018 onwards. DMIA Land Sdn Bhd is lead by the Group Executive Director YBhg. Datuk Seri Subramaniam Pillai and Senior Vice President Daniel Law Wei Keong. KEY MANAGEMENT TEAM
Graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Spore in Civil & Structural Engineering, he started his career in Singapore, before returned to Malaysia in 2002. In Singapore, he worked with a reputable Civil & Structural Consultancy firm and later joined a public listed group specialized in project management / design & build of industrial development in Singapore as well as Vietnam.
Upon returning to Malaysia, he worked in a public listed construction company managing many huge infrastructure projects in Pahang and Kuala Lumpur. His first foray into property development business started in 2005 and his vast experience working in a few top reputable property developers enable him to spearhead DMIA Land Sdn Bhd from modest beginning to it’s current status today. He has invaluable experiences in the entire spectrum of property development covering business development, land sourcing, feasibility studies, sales & marketing product planning & development, authority approvals, project implementation, contract administration, customer services, etc. His portfolios including both high rise & landed / township development covering cities in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Kedah, Johor Bharu, Perak, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.
Apart from that, he has extensive experience in government projects namely PR1MA, PPAM, RUMAWIP as well as various privatization / land swap / development agreement with various government bodies.
Daniel Law’s vision is to turn DMIA Land Sdn Bhd into top most reputable property developer in Malaysia not only in the aspect of products excellences, but most importantly in Customer Service area. He believes by giving the full supports to the customers from the moment the customer place their initial payment all the way until the end of defects liability period, DMIA Land will be able to maintain and increase it’s customer base and be able to sustain in the business for long
He was employed as the Senior Management staff in a few public listed companies i.e. IJM as a General Manager in West Coast Highway and in UEM which he was involved in third/fourth lane widening PLUS project and KLIA2 Terminal, Twin Tower Bank Rakyat and Second Penang Bridge.
He joined DMIA Land Sdn Bhd in 2014 and assisted company by introducing DMIA Land Sdn Bhd to relevant agencies eg. Federal Ministry, UKAS, DBKL, PR1MA and PPAM various proposal of housing projects including securing and finalizing the award to DMIA.
His invaluable experiences in Business Development and Authority approval process has contributed excellently to DMIA Land Sdn. Bhd.
Some notable projects include 2,000 acres Kundang Industrial Park, Bukit Mandarina Cheras, PJ8 and Riana Green Condominium. Prior to joining IJM, he was with Jurutera Konsultant (S.E.A) Sdn Bhd as Quantity Surveyor and was involved in the Johor Port Extension, North South Highway and MAS Hangar Projects.
He joined DMIA Land Sdn. Bhd. in 2012 and was assigned to New Delhi, India to head the RM 125 million re-development of High Commission of Malaysia Project. The Design and Build project was successfully completed in 2015.
His vast experiences in planning, development, project implementation as well as authority approval matters had contributed to the success of DMIA Land Sdn. Bhd.
Having completed several multi scale projects from landed housing and township developments to high-rise condominiums and commercial projects notably in Bandar Putra Nilai, New Seremban Utara Township, Mixed Development in Petaling Jaya, Taman Melawati and high-rise projects in Singapore.
Prior joining the workforce, he has volunteered with UNDP community program in the State of Orissa, India.
He has over 15 years of experience in construction and property development. His expertise in project planning, design development and implementation had benefited to DMIA Land Sdn. Bhd. projects.
Some notable projects include 200 acres Taman Segar Perdana in Cheras and 220 acres Taman Makmur Bentong in Bentong under LYL Land and Pembinaan Sima respectively. Notwithstanding, other maiden project under his portfolio including Southville City Township development in Bangi by Mah Sing Group. He also has experience in construction industry as a main contractor during his tenure withy Awangsa Bina and T.J Civil & Structural Contractor.
Ang’s invaluable knowledge and experience in project planning, design & implementation had been significant to the success of the company.
Having a background in Architecture, she has over 18 years of experience in Property Development. She was involved in several high-rise housing developments during her 3 years’ tenure with Mah Sing Group Bhd and 10 years in UEM Sunrise Berhad. She played a role representing the Project team for the effective implementation of projects. Her scope of works covered almost the entire project life cycle starting from inception until the end of Defects Liability Period. Some of the projects she was in charged of include Mount Kiara 10, Mount Kiara 11 and Southville City Township development in Bangi.
Helena’s extensive experiences in project planning, design development and implementation had contributed a lot to the well-being of DMIA Land Sdn. Bhd.
