Graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Spore in Civil & Structural Engineering, he started his career in Singapore, before returned to Malaysia in 2002. In Singapore, he worked with a reputable Civil & Structural Consultancy firm and later joined a public listed group specialized in project management / design & build of industrial development in Singapore as well as Vietnam.
Upon returning to Malaysia, he worked in a public listed construction company managing many huge infrastructure projects in Pahang and Kuala Lumpur. His first foray into property development business started in 2005 and his vast experience working in a few top reputable property developers enable him to spearhead DMIA Land Sdn Bhd from modest beginning to it’s current status today. He has invaluable experiences in the entire spectrum of property development covering business development, land sourcing, feasibility studies, sales & marketing product planning & development, authority approvals, project implementation, contract administration, customer services, etc. His portfolios including both high rise & landed / township development covering cities in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Kedah, Johor Bharu, Perak, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.
Apart from that, he has extensive experience in government projects namely PR1MA, PPAM, RUMAWIP as well as various privatization / land swap / development agreement with various government bodies.
